겨울 샐러드 하면 회향과 블러드 오렌지가 확실히 떠오릅니다. 나는 지난 주에 블러드 오렌지의 첫 번째 봉지를 집어 들었고 그것들은 비록 내가 원하는 만큼 극적이지는 않았지만 매우 훌륭했습니다. 그럼에도 불구하고 몇 가지 사양과 달콤하고 고소한 맛이 있었습니다 🧡🧡🧡 저번주에 이 샐러드를 만들어 머스타드 콜리플라워 치즈와 함께 곁들여 먹었고 어제도 재료가 남아서 다시 만들었습니다. 잘게 썬 회향, 무, 블러드 오렌지, 양질의 올리브, 구운 후 으깬 회향 및 고수 씨가 로켓과 허브를 만납니다. 멸치는 조리법의 일부이지만 우리에게는 적합하지 않습니다. 레시피는 타라곤과 바질을 요구하는데, 나는 바질만 먹었고 여기에서 진행되는 모든 풍미로 여전히 충분했습니다. 이 블러드 오렌지와 멸치 샐러드는 2011년 ottolenghi Guardian 칼럼에서 나온 진짜 옛날 음식입니다 😅 하지만 저는 이 샐러드를 좋아합니다. 한 가지 유용한 방법은 나머지 재료를 다지는 동안 잘게 썬 회향을 약간의 올리브 오일과 화이트 와인 식초에 담그는 것입니다. 그것은 슬라이스를 모두 부드럽고 유연하며 매우 육즙이 풍부하게 만듭니다 😋😋😋 이 맛있는 샐러드를 만들어 보세요. 만들기도 간단하고 저녁 식탁을 장식할 것입니다. 레시피는 바이오에 있습니다🥰 모두 즐거운 화요일 보내세요. 이 샐러드처럼 툴루즈에서 시원하고 아삭아삭🤩 ————————————————————
I also bought my first blood oranges at the market on Friday and found some lovely little fennel at a cooperative. I’m sure I spotted this salad when I was looking for starters for this weekend. I remember the tarragon, and mine has only just started to pop through the spoil. It is literally the perfect winter salad . 😍

Gorgeous salad, Oksana. 👏😍 We don’t get good quality blood oranges here. They usually are quite dried out from inside. But cara cara oranges would work wonderfully as a substitute, I think. And I just picked up a huge bag from Costco this weekend 👏. And if you made it twice, it must be incredible. Thank you for digging out the recipe from the archives 👏 Bookmarking to make and added fennel to the shopping list as I already have rocket, tarragon and radishes in the fridge and with the mild winter my basil plant is still alive ☺️. Fennel is such a great ingredient in salads, and this salad is really a sight for sore eyes 😍😍😍😋😋😋. I made a fennel salad last Saturday and it was a big succes. Will try this one too!
Looks delicious ❤️❤️. Leave it up to you to find and make all the fennel recipes 🙌. I saw a similar one yesterday and thought for a minute that you had made that one. But that one had thinly sliced red onion and delicious croutons in it. Maybe he took his inspiration from this recipe 🔥
You had me at blood oranges, olives and anchovies. I know you are not a fan (of anchovies) but I love their sharp and briny flavour, especially in small quantities. 🤩🤩🤩 Beautiful capture, the blood oranges look almost as if they were painted. 😍😍😍
