구운 누수, 블러드 오렌지, 모짜렐라 샐러드 …

볶은 누수, 블러드 오렌지, 모짜렐라 샐러드… meals52를 통해 theoriginaldish 아름다운 페이지에서 찾은 영감은 솔직히 말해서 냉장고 급 샐러드입니다. 🤩🤩🤩 재료를 약간 수정했고 부추에 꿀과 버터를 넣지 않았습니다. 추가된 버터가 멋진 샐러드에서 어떻게 작용할지 확신할 수 없었기 때문에 그들을 로스팅하는 동안. 나는 얇게 썬 부추를 구워 올리브 오일과 기본 양념으로 200C에서 약 20분 동안 구운 다음 반으로 자른 브뤼셀 콩나물을 추가했습니다. 무와 블러드 오렌지 두 개를 얇게 썰어 구운 채소, 구운 헤이즐넛, 원하는 경우 채소와 함께 섞습니다. 나는 항상 로켓을 가지고 있어서 채소를 쌓는 침대로 사용했습니다. 쪽파 살사(올리브 오일과 바다 소금을 섞은 잘게 썬 쪽파)를 얹고 버팔로 모짜렐라, 부라타 또는 페타를 넣습니다. 올리브 오일을 한 번 더 붓고 식사로 사랑스럽고 균형 잡힌 겨울 샐러드를 얻었습니다. 남편은 그것을 좋아했습니다… 가장 중요한 것은 무엇입니까? 모두 건강한 금요일 보내세요♥️💚🧡 _________________________________

This salad looks delicious, Oksana 😋 I’m sure those sprouts were very good company 🤩 And now I have to try not only one but two new cooking methods for leeks 😍 I think I will eat a lot of leeks in the near future 😅

Have been craving blood oranges – and have (I think, hopefully has not withered! 😂) a purple radish and a tub of burrata that has been hanging around (not sure why purchased!) I made this 2 weeks ago, but haven’t posted it yet 😍😍❤️. A friend of mine send me the recipe and I made it immediately. The flavours work so well together in this salad. My favourite was the roasted leeks with honey 🍯. I will send you my version in WhatsApp. I still need to find a day to post it 😂😂😂

What a feast Oksana. I totally agree over the butter, I don’t think the finish would look or feel so great with cold butter. But otherwise this a complete meal. So colourful to brighten up thos cold and stormy day

I’m just tickled that you find all these awesome soups and salads with the use of Leeks. And this one is exceptional looking, again!! I’m already thinking of doing a double feature split, one as the lead actor, fresh mozzarella and the understudy, fresh Brooklyn made feta 😍😍😍
