내 페이지에 녹색을 넣을 시간입니다…실제로 제가 가장 좋아하는 음식 색입니다 💚 계획대로 ottolenghi 수프 칼럼의 두 번째 수프인 완두콩과 콩 해바라기 씨를 곁들인 코코넛을 만들었습니다. 남편은 같은 칼럼의 두툼한 것보다 이 수프가 더 마음에 든다고 투표했습니다. 그는 그것이 훨씬 더 “라피네”이거나 라임 잎, 레몬 그라스 및 코코넛의 미묘한 풍미로 세련되고 정교하다고 말합니다. 완두콩을 제외한 모든 것. 누군가 나에게 이 수프를 맛보라고 제안했다면 완두콩의 존재를 인식할 수 없었을 것 같지만, 이 멋진 눈에 띄는 색상은 지능적인 추측을 촉발할 것입니다 😅 위에 나열된 재료 외에도 부추, 샬롯, 셀러리가 있습니다. 볶은 다음 코코넛 밀크와 약간의 물에 끓인 스틱 (잎도 포함했습니다)은 해동 된 완두콩과 함께 믹스를 블리칭합니다. 토핑은 해바라기 씨, 잘게 다진 생강, 칠리 플레이크를 올리브 오일에 살짝 튀기면 금방 만들 수 있습니다. 해바라기유일거라 예상했는데 레시피는 올리브유를 사용합니다. 불에서 내린 해바라기씨에 간장을 더하고 숟가락으로 수프 위에 얹습니다. 나는 약간의 소금 조정이 필요하다는 것을 알았지 만 그 외에는 손님을 놀라게 할 골키퍼입니다 💚💚💚 모두 즐거운 한 주 시작을 기원합니다. 여기서 우리는 총파업과 연료 부족에 대비하고 있습니다. 그러니 프랑스에 나를 방문할 계획이라면 이번 주 목요일을 선택하지 마세요 😅 _________________________________
Now I regret not getting around to making this at the weekend. 😂 It sounds like a soup I could definitely enjoy. I think a chunky soup has its place, even if this IS more refined. 😂 it does surprise me though, that they wouldn’t cook sunflower seeds in sunflower oil. Maybe an oversight on their part as olive oil is the natural one to reach for but as we have learned, a neutral oil has its place 😍
I was hoping you would write about this soup without delay, it’s truly glorious. I very much agree with your husband that this soup is more elegant than the chunky tomato, carrots and chickpeas soup, it’s a good thing that sometimes we crave comfort food and sometimes fine dining. 😉 Gorgeous soup and capture! 💚💚💚💚 Good luck with the strikes on Thursday- is there a holiday on Thursday too? Back in the days the strikes, especially those of “des transports en commun” were planned around the holidays, to inflict maximum pain. 🙈🙈🙈
Ahhh I made it yesterday!! Too late in the day to capture so I saved it for lunch today when hopefully there will be some light! I agree it’s very delicate and I really did have to up the seasoning! I wonder if I should have used veg stock instead of water 🤔. It is beautiful and the soy seeds are an unusual touch. Beautifully captured Oksana 👏

Lovely color and sounds delicious Oksana! It’s hard to find sunflower oil here now (my usual variety has been out of stock for a while since the war in Ukraine) so glad to see olive oil works!

Weather forecast announces snow in my place on Thursday so i don´t think i would go anywhere…But I would have loved to come and share the soup!!! What a colour to start the week with 💚💚💚 This soup looks delicious, Oksana 😋 and sounds more to my liking too 😅 Not because of its rafinesse but because the other one has tomatoes and chillies 😅 And I love pea soup with coconut milk 😍

Made this soup yesterday for one of my clients and just ate two bowls of it! Love the soft taste of the soup combined with the fullflavoured seeds in ginger and soja! 😋💚
