Oh I remember this well, such a saviour for a super quick supper and in particular when you’re craving greens, I do believe I had this stacked up when I was brassica loading after yet another xray 😂😂 it can fit into many situation withoutany fuss at all. 😍
Salad with salad is one thing, but I’m afraid I can’t agree on broccoli on broccoli 😁 Although I might actually like that purée with the breadcrumbs 🤔 But it looks wonderfully fresh and green, Oksana 💚

And my steam oven has just arrived!! And just need to re-home the microwave (in the concern of not creating more waste), then the steam oven will be installed. I cannot wait to give you updates. Gorgeous as always Oksana. School holidays here in the UK so I have time to be in the kitchen and do what I love most. This is a great book by @nigelslater – although Appetite is my all time favourite. Chopping board at the ready xxx
