This looks great, I will find the page and give it a go. This book just keeps on giving. These two and Sami Tamini changed our vegetarian household forever during the pandemic. All other food, especially eating out, seems boring by comparison. Xx
I made this soon after the book was released and we loved it. We had it with plain rice and some yogurt on the side. As you said Oksana, that sambal has complex layers of flavours but in a wonderful and delicious way and it would work with chicken or even other ingredients like paneer or cauliflower. I typically try to avoid Tofu because I’m really careful with how much soy I consume, but I would definitely enjoy a couple of those perfectly fried pieces 😍
