I have my pomegranate and fennel at the ready and as you my tarragon is rhe tiniest little thing. Though was quite overjoyed to see it coming back to life. A beauty of a salad , your fennel is so perfectly sliced 😍
As pretty as a bridal dress. I haven’t made this as yet but adding it to my list. Fennel is in season here and I smuggled in 2 French tarragon plants from cape 😁.
I think shaved fennel is my favourite way to enjoy it. This is a great salad at the moment with our regular salad ingredient shortage!

Beautiful fennel lace ❤️❤️. The best way to serve fennel in my opinion. I prefer it over cooked fennel anytime 😍. I made a fennel lace salad too this week. I will try to post it next week. Love the pomegranate kernels that are little gems in between the lace ❤️❤️
