매일매일 수프 우린 아직 수프철인데 요거트 밀 시금치

매일 수프, 우리는 여전히 수프 시즌에 있으며이 nigelslater 요거트, 밀, 시금치 및 렌즈 콩은 당신의 쉬운 식사 컬렉션에 추가하기에 정말 좋은 수프입니다. 이 수프에는 고수 가루, 커민 씨, 계피 한 꼬집으로 향을 낸 볶은 양파와 마늘이 듬뿍 들어 있습니다. 이 표현이 마음에 든다고 해야 할까요. 꼬집음은 취향에 맞게 조정할 수 있는 것이고 저는 소금과 향신료에 관한 Nigel 덕분에 제 요리에 이 방법을 적용하고 있습니다. 나머지는 간단합니다. 약간의 밀을 추가하고 부드럽고 쫄깃해질 때까지 야채 육수와 함께 끓인 다음 조리된 렌즈콩을 냄비에 넣습니다.   1. It looks as good as I imagine it to be. A pinch is definitely a wonderful term, it is so long since I remember seeing this term in a recipe. So freeing, than everything being in ⅛ teaspoon 😂 or a ¼. The idea of adding spinach at that point is a good one… also means if we reheat it… just add as we go as spinach doesn’t reheat well. I look forward to seeing the food you cook under your new motto. We all need a healthy reminder . Happy hump day ❤️❤️❤️

  2. This reminds me of an Indian daal which used to be made quite often at my mums place. Paalak Daal, essentially spinach and lentils. Used to be one of my favourites till I turned to the dark side (carnivore)😂😂 Makes no sense to wilt spinach in a separate pan..😂 I look forward to hearing and seeing more about your food journey.❤️❤️Have a lovely day..

  3. Those chefs probably don’t have to wash their own pans 😅 I’d probably have added the raw lentils to the soup as well 😁 Which looks super delicious – but how couldn’t it with all those delicious ingredients 👌🏼😋 . A great example that healthy and delicious don’t exclude each other!

  4. I totally agree, why wilt the spinach in a separate pan!! I am always cutting corners with recipes (without loosing the flavours). Women are, I guess more practical and don’t want to use too many pans…to wash up 😁!! Looks delicious though. Xx

  5. Lovely green colour of your soup, Oksana. Looks soul warming and delicious. It’s still soup season here as well (got a feet of snow on Saturday 😢). I have observed this in Nigel’s recipes about wilting spinach separately but he never explains why he does it that way rather than just add the spinach directly to the pot at the end 🤷🏻‍♀️.   7. The snow is falling here so it definitely is still soup season here too. Wilting the spinach in a separate pan while you have a hot soup bubbling away 😮😳? Crazy and completely unnecessary indeed. It looks delicious and nutritious Oksana ❤️❤️.

I did exactly the same thing last night and added some to chicken noodle soup just before serving (for my son, who is feeling under the weather and requested it).   9. I’m with you on the spinach. It gets added raw to any curries I make (usually baby spinach, as it’s easier). My brother had a snow day in London (wish we had extreme heat days!). He used his time to make gorgeous looking naan that would go so well with your soup.
