밥을 곁들인 시금치는 turkish.story “De Bijbel van de Turkse Keuken”의 선물입니다. 나는 내 결과가 기대를 초과했는지 무엇을 기대해야할지 몰랐습니다. 잘게 썬 양파와 마늘이 부드러워질 때까지 볶으면 토마토 페이스트, 쌀 약간, 대충 다진 시금치(아기 시금치는 사용하지 않음)를 넣고 밥이 준비될 때까지 물과 함께 약 25분 동안 끓입니다. 절대적으로 엄청나게 맛있는 것. 우리의 식단이 바뀌고 특정 요소가 훨씬 줄어들고 쌀과 파스타가 하이킹을 하는 것을 보게 될 것입니다. 가끔씩 나는 요리에 약간의 쌀을 사용할 것이고 이 조리법은 완벽했습니다. 시금치 500g에는 쌀이 50g밖에 없습니다. 레시피는 2인분 기준입니다. 처음에는 양이 적어서 레시피에 착오가 있는 줄 알았는데 아닙니다 😅 헤일은 어디에도 없는 터키산 발도쌀을 사용하는데 빠에야밥으로 대체할 수 있어 좋아요. 다음에 나는 더 많은 영양상의 이점을 위해 적미나 통쌀을 사용할 것입니다. 나는 또한 나머지와 함께 끓이기 위해 250g의 체리 토마토를 넣었습니다. 우르파 플레이크를 마지막 터치로 사용하면 매우 좋습니다. 레시피에는 풀 바이버가 필요합니다. 신선한 염소 치즈와 함께 제공됩니다. 신성하게도, 어떤 것도 추가되지 않으며, 맛을 숨길 무거운 향신료도 없습니다. 내가 너라면 해볼거야 🤩🤩🤩 주최 curry.and.chips Glad Sunday 여러분! —————————————————————

  5. Ooooooh, I love how this looks ❤️❤️❤️. 50 gr of rice is really a small amount 😮, but I trust that it will be enough if you and Hale says so. Good to know paella rice is a good substitute 🙌. Probably risotto rice will work too 🔥🔥

  10. These are the dishes I can get on board with. Mature spinach goes well to be cooked for longer and the cherry tomatoes are such a good idea to add extra veg. Delicious 😋

    I usually sub rice with bulgur or pear barley, sometimes just do it with spinach. I had the the most beautiful rice free version at @ciyasofrasi in Istanbul subtly spiced with hit chillies 👌 also I add yogurt when serving! And no tomato paste in mine 🙈 big love for spinach here 🫶 there are couple of recipes in by blog too.

  15. Looks so good Oksana with tomatoes, onions and spinach. I’m a huge fan of rice – spanish Indian Asian it’s a staple in our home for obvious reasons. 😄
