벌써 수요일이야? 내가 마지막으로 확인한 것은 🥰 그것을 즐기는 사람들은 우리가 주중 고비를 통과하는 데 도움이 되는 모든 출처의 nigelslater 레시피를 공유한다는 것을 의미합니다. 솔직히 말해서 나는 작년에 A Cook의 책에서 만든 당근과 오르조로 Nigel의 레시피에서 벗어났습니다 😅 버터 바른 오르조, 튀긴 샬롯, 요리하고 팬에 튀긴 당근과 허브의 따뜻한 맛에 반했던 기억이납니다. 이 레시피로 돌아가고 싶었지만 당근 대신 브뤼셀 콩나물, 갈색 양송이 버섯 패키지, 버팔로 모짜렐라 약간을 사용했습니다. 사실, 나는 이 모든 재료가 실현되지 않은 다른 계획을 위해 구입한 냉장고 거부품인 것 같은 느낌이 들었습니다. 그래서 저는 이 고아들을 모아서 우리가 아주 좋아하는 요리를 만들었습니다. Nigel의 기본 레시피가 훌륭하기 때문에 창의적이라는 점에 감사했습니다. 👌 잘게 썬 샬롯이 버터와 올리브 오일에 땀을 흘리는 동안 오르조는 보글보글 끓고 반으로 자른 새싹은 바닥이 두꺼운 마른 팬에서 타오르고 있습니다. 숯불에 기름과 물을 조금 붓고 팬을 약간 흔들고 콩나물을 익힌 샬롯 팬에 넣기 전에 약 3~4분이 걸립니다. 버섯을 태우는 것을 포함하여 요리를 마무리하는 동안 따뜻한 버터 샬롯으로 감싸서 더욱 부드러워집니다. 오르조에 다진 딜과 파슬리 한 줌을 넉넉히 넣고 모든 재료를 합칩니다. 신성한! ???? 나이젤과 맛있는 주중 모험을 위해 매주 수요일 나 자신. 해시태그를 사용하고 사진에 저희를 태그하는 것을 잊지 마세요. 해피 험프 데이 ⭐️⭐️⭐️ —————————————————————
What a beautiful plate! You are the Brussel sprout whisperer! So many of my midweek dishes seem to come together with rescuing ingredients as in this case! Tonight I must rescue a Meyer lemon that ripened and fell off the tree while we were out of town😂 but that might end up in my favorite lemon pasta. Any recommendations for your top 3 Nigel books? I guess i should take my searches into account with EYOB to see which ones keep popping up but usually not the ones i have on Kindle…
This sounds like a brilliant idea. I keep skipping past this orzo and carrot recipe but now I remember youbgave it high praise and enough to makenit again, even though it is with different veg. I trust your taste completely and will make this soon. Maybe indo need to buy more sprouts after all. 😂

For me, most of the times Fridge & Pantry Orphans tend to turn out into Rockstars! I have been hooked to brussel sprouts risotto off late and with orzo and mushrooms this one seems to be a heartier and quicker dish to put together😍 beautifully presented as always! Happy New Year dear Oksana❤️

Two of my favourite ingredients 😍👏. I am making carrots with orzo and shallots next week, Oksana 😉 but this variation sounds more delicious. Like your method of charring the Brussels sprouts – more energy efficient. Beautiful colours and lovely click ❤️❤️
