This sounds mighty fine to me. While I tend to keep frozen spinach, I much prefer to wilt my own. Frozen can be stringy.

What a wonderful recommendation Oksana!! I have seen some of his £1 meals in The Guardian and bookmarked a couple of them. I love the crispy outside-creamy inside texture of roasted chickpeas in this recipe. Beautifully assambled as always!!!!💛💛💛💚💚💛
