What a beautiful pop of color!! ❤️ I think green and red are my favorite colors to photograph, they are so vibrant and beautiful. Beautiful side too, that marinade! As always, the bulk of taste is in #extragoodthings which is the marinade. My list ot things to make is getting longer.

This dish really is quite excellent. 😋 I also remember making it in the summer and it does benefit from an overnight marinade. Perfect at room temperature and to top on toast. Have a restful Sunday dear friend 😘
Look at that dressing surrounding those velvety peppers ❤️❤️❤️. I use a lot of bell peppers in my cooking as you might have noticed, but roasting them is not something I often do. Though I love the structure roasting gives these veggies 😍. A beautiful sight to see 🔥🔥

Gorgeous. Love these peppers. So delicious and well rounded flavours 😍👏. They are so good with eggs for lunch or as appetizers with some warm bread 🥖 and they stay well in the fridge for a few days. Excellent suggestion for next weekend’s party ❤️❤️
