스타터즈 주말 공식 오픈은 2020.03.09 벌써 몇개의 얼리버드 포스팅을 보고 떠들썩함😍 스쿼시가 아직 맴돌고 있는 동안 ottolenghi 와 scully_chef 의 마법의 NOPI 버터넛 스쿼시 생강 토마토와 라임 요거트. 올리브 오일과 기본 시즈닝으로 구운 스쿼시 슬라이스는 오븐에서 말린 토마토로 장식되고 카다멈, 라임 주스 및 풍미로 섬세하게 향이 나는 요거트를 얹습니다. 일부 캐슈넛과 상점에서 구입한 아삭아삭한 양파는 차이를 만듭니다. 오븐드라이 토마토의 지름길을 만들었다고 해야 할까요. 대신 체리 토마토를 사용했습니다. 레시피에 나와 있는 대로 생강, 다진 마늘, 마스코바도 설탕, 기본 양념을 섞어 간단하게 볶았습니다. 오븐 시간은 긴데 매실토마토보다 방울토마토로 시간을 단축하고 더 높은 온도로 구워봤습니다. 그것은 여전히 아주 좋았고 잔치였습니다. 오늘 여러분 모두를 맞이하고 즐거운 주말을 시작하기 위해 이 요리를 선택했습니다 🧡♥️🧡 레시피는 바이오에 있습니다 🥰 작은 접시, 애피타이저 선택을 기대하고 teffe_kocht culyzaar와 함께 공유하고, 영감을 얻고, 좋은 음식. 우리를 태그하고 해시 태그를 사용하는 것을 잊지 마십시오. _________________________________
This is so delicious, Oksana 😍😋 Although I haven’t made it very often for exactly the same reason 😅 Now you’ve brought the cherry tomatoes into the equation, this might change 🤩 Did you roast them at the same time as the squash?
I was hoping to see some butternut squash this weekend 👏😍👏. This was my very first Ottolenghi recipe that I made. It’s so delicious 😋. Looks gorgeous, Oksana. Sweet squash with tangy tomatoes and a kick of spice with the ginger 👏👏. Everything beautifully arranged on the platter – welcoming to taste and enjoy ❤️❤️

Oh yes. This recipe. Totally delicious! It is some time ago, since I made it last time. And I also used cherry tomatoes to reduce oven time. Thos roasted tomatoes are simply divine! Wonderful picture of a starter feast!
Love Nopi recipes! They are intimidating with the presentation but once you read and plan, they are really hard to beat! Gorgeous platter, Oksana!😍

That’s a beautiful squash dish Oksana 😍layers of different flavours and textures 🙌 I have never thought of putting dried tomatoes with squash before, the flavours together must be delicious 😋 I love the the yogurt, very thoughtfully flavoured to complement the rest of the dish, those crispy onions are so addictive 😅 that’s a fabulous dish 🙌 wishing you a great #greatmindscookottolenghi weekend 😘❤️❤️❤️
