모두 즐거운 한 주 시작하세요🧡🧡🧡 __________________________________

  2. Never has a sweet potato sounded so desirable 😂. Really very good. Though there are some veggies that warrant a hot oven. 220° is quite popular 😉

  7. Sometimes I can’t help not to smile when I see post like this. Growing up in the Philippines, we roast potatoes pulled straight from the fields, just washing off the dirt that came with it, then throw it in an open fire (we don’t have gas or oven back then) and enjoy it as it is. And I do agree about the smell coming from roasting it, absolutely divine! Thank you for sharing , it has brought back some childhood memories 🙏😊

  8. This reminds me of a recipe I made in the past, but I never made a recipe from that book so I’m sure it wasn’t the same. I agree that preparing sweet potatoes whole is incredible ❤️. They get so black and smokey and the sugar inside the potatoes gets caramelised. It’s amazing 🤩 😍

  9. Here I was, thinking you’d popped an egg on top. With the cost of our utilities, I think this is a treat meal. So glad it was one you both loved.

  12. Completely agree — this is the best way with potatoes of any kind. Confit is the best way to describe it. Not a fan of sweet potatoes but you’re making me to reconsider.😂😍
