I was just wondering what is the Italian word for sweet and briny… I was about to say I love anything agro dolce and then realized that agro here is not agro, it’s briny. @biagioussky , what would you call it? Either way, this dish looks so gorgeous and delicious! 40 grams of herbs seems to have melted into the pasta, so delicious. 💚💚💚

  7. Lovely pasta shape. Almost looks like lasagna sheets cut into strips and rolled. Beautiful colours with the saffron water and the water will be such a great base for soup 👏😍. The salsa reads like a umami packed flavour bowl of sweet and salty. Gotta make this one for sure. I have all the herbs already and was planning to make fridge raid salad from Simple. Beautifully presented plate of yellow and green ❤️❤️

  9. Which pasta shape have you used? I love something that gives me a bit of texture in each mouthful. My fave is casarecce. The colour of this dish is amazing.

  13. Aaah! This reminds me of the Conchiglie with saffron, raisins and capers recipe, that you posted some time ago and which inspired me to cook it, too. I will definitely cook this one, too, because it looks SO good! I love such dishes with a Sicilian touch.
