Oh my goodness 😮 nutritional yeast 🙌 that’s a wonderful vegan cheese substitute with added health benefits of B12 which is essential for those who don’t eat meat, that really is a super healthy and nutritious plate Oksana 😍 I love the olive salad, I will make that at the weekend, did you roast the walnuts? Oksana! I woke up here in hospital saw this picture, my eyes opened wider. This is my food! Sans Goat Cheese. But I can’t even get a decent damn salad here. All’s well with me I think I’m moving to a rehab for 3 days (weekend) then home. I need to learn getting out of bed and dressing – no bending-without aggravation of my spine for 6 week healing

This of course is one of the most gorgeous Greek salads I have ever seen. It looks delicious and it’s a beauty too. Very pristine and pure. And I love the updates about food changes – voluntarily getting rid of gluten made a huge difference for me and it continues with very intentional choices of nutrition and food. I may get the @vitaliseur down the road, in the meantime, I am getting rid of our microwave- thank you darling Oksana for steering me towards eye opening reading. 😘 A steam oven to replace my microwave is on its way. 😍😍😍😉😉😉
