  1. Like you I am sceptical about green pepper in a salad and I is often there as a last resort. Here it is integral and I am sure I made a recipe that worked too. Maybe milk street. Looks addictive and those jammy eggs… perfect 🥰

  4. Lovely hues of green 😍👏. It’s been a while since I have seen eggs on my feed. I think I may have to give this one a pass. My husband doesn’t like green bell peppers 🫑 and I am not a big fan of celery 😜. But those eggs could convince me 😉. Happy Thursday ❤️❤️

  9. I made this salad for our salad weekend last summer and loved it 😍 Especially because of the green peppers which are really underestimated if you ask me 😁 And with the eggs and feta, it is a delicious full meal 😋

  11. Aaah. This one. This salad and the barley and pomegranate salad from “Plenty” convinced me of celery. Before these, I didn’t like celery at all. The celery salad with feta and egg is very bold from the intense flavours, but it all comes together harmoniously. It is a powerful crunchy green salad, perfect for wintertime. Need to come back to this recipe again, your picture makes me craving for it. 😉
