채식주의자를 위한 가디언 기사의 콜리플라워, 병아리콩, 타히니

  2. Honestly, Oksana, this bean mash base sounds even better than Tahini 😍 Especially with the roasted garlic 👌🏼I prefer my cauliflower florets a little crunchy so I usually skip the previous steaming (which also saves both time and energy 😅)

  3. How is it possible it’s already Wednesday in Europe?? 🙈 This last week flew faster somehow…. And luckily so, because this dish is absolutely spectacular. The bean purée sounds just divine and roasting cauliflower is one of my favorite ways of preparing it, it somehow develops a nutty taste that is scrumptious.   6. Yummy 😍what is your advice to stir tahin when it is to hard or thick in the can ? All my tahin is down in the can and stiff and the liquid is on top 😮

  10. You bean mash sounds perhaps better than chickpeas! We all usually prefer cauliflower more crunchy…actually the boys scold me if it is even slightly soft 😂

  12. Love it! Of course this passionate vegan likes cauliflower anyway. In fact, if you purée a whole head, add butter & cream even some NOOCH if you like it. It’s a phenomenal pasta sauce with some fresh herbs 👍🏾

  14. So, what you’re saying is that you made up the final dish as you went along. I’m ok with that. Still looks and sounds super tasty. One of my fave mezze dishes at the Lebanese restaurant I visited last week was spiced roasted cauli with a tahini sauce. Sooo much flavour.
