ottolenghi 및 noorishbynoor의 판그라타토를 곁들인 천천히 익힌 애호박 Further Good Issues 우리 집에서 낯선 사람이 아닙니다. 나는 당시 이탈리아 휴가를 떠나기 직전에 약 2 년 전에 그것을 만들었습니다. 우리는 천천히 익힌 애호박, 양파, 마늘, 오레가노(신선한 것이 없으면 말린 것을 사용할 수도 있음)와 토마토를 오븐에서 마지막 30분 동안 끓인 이 놀라운 요리를 좋아했습니다. 책에 나왔을 때 틀림없이 다시 만들 것입니다 😍 객관적이어야하지만 매일 이런 음식을 먹을 수 있습니다. 여름 채소와 함께 맛이 더 좋습니다. 여러분 중 일부는 이맘때 애호박과 토마토를 보고 눈살을 찌푸릴 수도 있습니다. 북풍이 부는 동안 우리는 조금 더 따뜻한 날씨를 꿈꿀 권리가 있습니다. 부드러운 채소는 튀긴 판코, 마늘, 잣의 아삭함과 함께 놀라운 맛을 냅니다. 나에게 딱딱한 빵을 주면 나는 이런 플래터와 함께 행복한 야영자입니다. 모두 평화로운 토요일 되시기 바랍니다. 건강하세요 💚🧡💛 레시피는 바이오에 있습니다🥰 ————————————————
I think if it is the exception to the rule it is absolutely OK. We can acknowledge that we are eating something out of season and enjoy it still. There are some foods that are never in season here and I would make an effort to buy the least travelled. We need a bit of a treat to warm our hearts during these cold days. I still have a giant courgette left from my uncles allotment from the summer and a slow cook may render it edible 😂 . Looks delicious 😋
Stunning. That pangrattato is to die for, not that we will, but you know what I mean 😜. And this delicious dish is ready with the oven doing most of the job. Hearty warm dish when the North winds are howling 👏. We have had this conversation before-courgettes are no longer seasonal produce here in North America. So, dig in with the crusty bread. This looks fantastic. It is so funny that I was just cruising the web (NYT & BBC)looking for zucchini ideas for dinner tonight. And then BAM! This beautiful dish from a beautiful young woman! I have about 6 or 7 organic courgettes smaller perfect size that I bet are superb for this. I own the cookbook so this will be a perfect vegan dinner with a roasted beet and blood orange salad. This looks so delicious, Oksana 😋 No need to raise an eyebrow for wanting some summer on your plate 😘 I’ll save the recipe for the real summer though – not because I wouldn’t buy courgettes or tomatoes in winter, but because I need courgette recipes for when all my friends have too many courgettes in their gardens 😁😁😁

I think no one should rise eyebrows when people choose to use ingredients that are not in season once in a while. If you’re always doing it then an eyebrow can be raised. I love this recipe too and it makes me think of summer too ❤️😍.

This beautiful dish never fails to amaze! 🔥😍 If I waited to eat in-season produce where I live, I would not have a huge choice in the winter months! I dream of summer a lot as I wait for the bounty that arrives, seemingly all at once!
I made this dish last weekend too but I am not so excited about it as you are. I miss the Ottolenghi whow effect in this recipe, too ordinairy.
