Guardian 30분 식사의 로스트 머쉬룸과 골파 살사를 곁들인 브로디 콩

ottolenghi Guardian의 로스트 버섯과 차이브 살사를 곁들인 콩 국물 30분 식사. 지난주에 나는 이미 같은 기사에서 훌륭한 파스타 요리를 공유했으며 이 요리도 매우 좋습니다. 나는 지난 주말에 구체화되지 않은 다른 프로젝트를 위해 냉장고에 갈색 단추 버섯 만 가지고있었습니다. 500g의 고아 버섯은 일부 샬롯(양을 보충하기 위한 적양파), 소금, 백리향 가지, 올리브 오일과 함께 오븐에서 20분 동안 행복하게 끝났습니다. 그들이 오븐에 있는 동안 마늘과 불린 포르치니 버섯을 약간의 올리브 오일에 약간 끓이고 시간이 지나면 버섯에 담근 물을 추가하여 (매우) 약간 줄입니다. Jarred 버터 콩과 약간의 겨자와 레몬 주스가 이어집니다. 나는 곡물 팝을 얻기 위해 곡물 겨자를 사용했습니다. 그린 살사는 파슬리, 차이브, 올리브 오일, 레몬 주스, 마늘입니다. 놀라운 부분은 커민 씨 몇 티스푼입니다 🥰 모두 앙상블하고 즐기십시오. 훌륭한 요리, 우리는 그것을 좋아했고 파슬리를 싫어하는 사람은 이 살사에 파슬리가 얼마나 많은지 깨닫지 못했습니다 😅 부분 수에 대해 한 가지 이의가 있습니다… 이미 내 약력에 있습니다. 저를 못 찾으시면 저에게 알려주시면 DM으로 보내드리겠습니다. 모두 행복하고 건강한 금요일🧡🧡 __________________________________
This is indeed a very good mushroom dish full of all the things I love. Any mushrooms work here and if we are saving pennies we use what we have and still enjoy a great meal. Mushrooms are on the menu for me this weekend as got a huge punnet of chestnut mushrooms that were considered “wonky” mushrooms for a fraction of the cost of uniform sized ones. I think it is a relatively small quantity of parsley to chive ratio but again, use what we have 😍 have a lovely Friday

This is so gorgeous and the flavors sounds absolutely incredible. The mix of different types of mushrooms is absolutely divine, I can only imagine the beautiful flavor added by the porcini mushrooms. And the salsa! Wow. Besides adding a beautiful touch of color, taste-like I love the presence of chives in it. Humble but with lots of character. Just scrumptious! 💚💚💚💚
Ohh darn. I saw this photo and thought to myself ‘wasn’t this so delicious and easy’ and then scrolled through my posts to see the photo and couldn’t find it – I forgot to post 🤦🏻♀️. This mushrooms and beans is really a wholesome and hearty dish with bright flavours from the salsa. Thyme and mushrooms really pair so well together 👏👏. This is the kind of dish we want to warm us up on cold winter days. All you need is some warm bread to dip into the delicious broth. Yummm ❤️
This looks delicious, Oksana 😋 and will go on my “eat more mushrooms” list for sure 😍 Roasting them in the oven gives them such a different flavour 👌🏼🤩

The mushroom broth has such a deep earthy flavour and finds the perfect balance in the fresh, tangy sauce and the sweetness of the onions. The creamy beans is the stage where the action happens!
