Olia는 드레싱에 해바라기 기름을 사용합니다. 견과류에 관해서도 매우 특별하며 사용 가능한 것을 사용할 수 있습니다. 호두, 헤이즐넛, 호박씨를 오븐에 구운 다음 해바라기 기름에 재빨리 튀기고 칠리 플레이크와 소금을 추가했습니다. 견과류 듬뿍, 통째로 100그램. 이 넉넉한 양이 모든 차이를 만들었습니다! 모두 건강한 토요일 보내세요💚💚💚 _________________________________

You have really brought this to life Oksana. I was checking it out, just this week but I couldn’t justify beans that had flown all the way from Kenya and decided to give it a miss. I think I will definitely revisit it with the idea of these frozen beans. It looks so fresh, vibrant and seasonal. The dressing really pulls it all together I am sure. The story telling is really beautiful isn’t it? 😍
I’ve been reading her book over Christmas and need to start trying out some of her wonderful recipes! I did a Zoom dumpling class with her last year – she’s so inspirational 🥰
Fennel and apple thinly sliced 😍👏😍. Did you use mandoline, Oksana? Your knife skills are amazing too. Fava beans is a great substitute and makes a more healthy filling salad. Classic and delicious dressing and nuts/seeds toppings ❤️❤️. Have a great Saturday ❤️❤️
