Funny…because rice salad always reminds my of my mom too…You Queen of vegetable flowers! You did it again! Looks so beautiful!!! I remember making another salad from Olia where the dressing had tomato juices only and it was delicious, so I can imagine that this rice must have loved been bath with such a delicious dressing!😋😋😍😍❤️🧡💛💚

Beautiful rice salad Oksana 😍 perfectly arranged on top of the baby gem lettuce 😍 the dressing sounds so delicious with grated tomato, which is another good way to use tomatoes that are on their way out 🙌 I agree an extra glug of olive oil makes everything more tasty and delicious 😋 Happy Friday sweetie 😘❤️❤️❤️❤️
