ixta.belfrage Mezcla의 양파와 캐러웨이 파로파를 곁들인 크리미한 카사바 그라탕. 얼마 전에 만든 내 아카이브에서 공유하면 이전에 요리하지 않은 새로운 야채를 시도할 수 있습니다. 카사바는 아무데서나 구할 수 있는 것이 아니어서 감자맛을 닮은 녹말이 많은 채소로 만든 요리를 맛보았던 맛있는 추억이 생각나서 카사바를 보자마자 집어들었습니다. Ixta는 이 요리는 콜리플라워나 감자 또는 고구마로 쉽게 만들 수 있으며 파로파(카사바 가루)는 고운 빵가루로 대체할 수 있다고 말합니다. 요리는 쉽습니다. 껍질을 벗기고 다진 카사바 뿌리를 끓인 다음 잘게 썬 양파, 다진 마늘, 흰 된장, 크림, 파마산 치즈, 카레 가루, 버터, 후추, 야채 육수와 함께 오븐에서 굽습니다. 잘게 다지고 튀긴 양파, 캐러웨이 씨, 약간의 버터, 카사바 가루 또는 빵가루로 만든 양파 토핑과 함께 제공되는 절대적으로 사랑스러운 음식입니다. 이것이 제가 선택한 것입니다. 맛있는! 모두 건강한 금요일 보내세요🧡🧡 —————————————————————

I still haven’t seen cassava roots in the flesh 😅 As I told Rachel, we used to use the flour instead of starch when I was a kid but for some reason this has disappeared too 🤷🏻‍♀️ But this sounds so delicious that I might give it a go with cauliflower and potatoes 🤩😋 Have a great Friday too my dear 😍

  8. I’m in as soon as I read miso paste. This gratin looks fantastic golden yellow, Oksana. I first tried cassava just recently when I was visiting my sister. It’s not very strong flavoured so it can carry other flavours very well. I can’t remember but maybe I have seen them in the frozen food section in the store.
