  5. It’s been a long time since I had Brussels sprouts ❤️❤️. This looks incredible 😍. Love the combination with shallots and pomelo. Those shallots probably ve and very sweet in the oven 😍😍. Looking at this I still can’t believe there are people who still don’t like Brussel sprouts 😜

  10. This dish is such a revelation of how different flavours and textures work together. Something I would never have imagined being paired together but it is incredible. I made this for the first time earlier this year with blanched Brussels sprouts and we loved it. You have captured it beautifully Oksana and with those potatoes, it becomes a complete meal 😍👏❤️❤️

  11. What a sensational combo of Brussel Sprouts and Pomelo! When I lived many years in San Francisco, their was a neighborhood restaurant in Noe Valley called Pomelo. The had a huge Pomelo hanging over the door. I became a fan of Pomelos at the many farmers markets. I’ve never met a fruit I don’t like. I believe most shy away from Pomelos because they are odd lookin
