Potato arrabbiata … miguelbarclay Guardian 칼럼에서 이 요리를 만들면서 새로운 것을 배웠습니다. Arrabbiata는 토마토, 칠리, 마늘, 약간의 바질 또는 파슬리를 베이스로 한 매운 이탈리아 소스(무식함을 용서해 주세요)를 말합니다. 주중 식사와 저렴한 비용으로 맛있는 식사를 유지하기 위해 Miguel이 추구하는 소스는 튀긴 마늘, 파사타 및 칠리 플레이크뿐입니다. 준비된 삶은 작은 감자를 소스와 결합하고 모두 함께 끓이고 시금치에 시금치를 넣고 spuds를 으깬 다음 제공합니다. 나는 파사타가 없었지만 프로세서에서 빠르게 기습한 겨울 토마토를 가지고 토마토 페이스트로 맛을 개선했으며 많은 마늘 외에도 양파 튀김과 약간의 말린 오레가노를 사용했습니다. 칠리 플레이크 대신 파프리카와 치폴레 칠리 파우더를 선택했습니다. 맛있어졌어요! 몇 가지 재료로 이렇게 맛있는 결과를 기대하지 않았습니다! 나의 다른 추가는 구운 잣과 좋은 올리브 오일 덩어리였습니다. 내가 그것을 만들어서 너무 행복해! 간단한 그린 샐러드와 함께 제공됩니다. 한 번 시도해 보세요. 레시피를 가능한 한 객관적으로 따르고 싶었지만 언제든지 더 개인화할 수 있습니다. 하지만 우리가 배운 것은 건강에 좋은 좋은 음식은 비쌀 필요가 없다는 것입니다. 레시피는 같은 기사에 몇 가지 더 흥미로운 요리와 함께 바이오에 있습니다 🥰 행복한 금요일 여러분 💚♥️🧡 __________________________________

  1. What a lovely little find. I live how this article is also aiming at 1 portion servings. The potatoes look and sound lovely and it is very adaptable. You’re so right, good food doesn’t need to cost a lot. It should be accessible to all.

  3. My son and daughter in law love arabbiata sauce and make it for pasta. Love that here it’s used for potatoes. After all, who doesn’t love potatoes, the best comfort food in my opinion. Lovely vibrant colour with fresh sauce 😍👏😍. Happy Friday Oksana ❤️❤️

  5. A lovely and simple tomato sauce which you’ve made your own with chipotle and pine nuts. Perfect mid week meal checking all the boxes for speed, no fuss yet delicious. ❤️❤️Beautiful presentation , as usual ❤️

  8. This looks fantastic, Oksana 😍. I used to love this sauce before that business with the tomatoes and chillies started 🙄. Exactly because it’s easy, quick and needs only a few ingredients. But I like the idea of spuds and spinach in a tomato sauce and I’m sure they would be as delicious without the chilli 😋

  13. One of my fave pasta sauces is Barilla’s Arrabiatta. Just enough heat to make it interesting. Maybe a dollop of sour cream to serve. Don’t think for a second I’ve missed that you’ve featured potatoes here. 😉

  14. It has been a long time since I made pasta arrabbiata , would taste great with chipotle instead of normal chilies 😋
