The Cookbook과 Danielle의 고구마 그라탕. w 이후 몇 년이 지났습니다.

ottolenghi와 sami_tamimi The Cookbook의 Danielle의 고구마 그라탕. 주말 보양식 🧡🧡🧡 이번주 일요일도 많은 사랑 부탁드립니다😍😍😍 __________________________________

  1. Oksana this dish looks absolutely delicious! Would you mind if we shared this photo to our feed? With credit to you of course 💛

  2. Such an easy and comforting dish, staple in my home as well 🙂

  3. I totally understand this! It’s convenient to buy everything at one place even though produce is better at the market. We do what we need to do to make life easier. Glad you got back to the market and stuffed your fridge with all the good stuff! 😍👏👍💯😋

  4. I can totally understand you with your not closing fridge. When I go to the market I end up exactly like you 😂 but I wonder don’t you have sage in the supermarket? The gratin looks gorgeous! Perfectly arranged potatoes 😍😍😍🧡🧡🧡

  5. I know that feeling of not being able to close the fridge door after a trip to the market! Sometimes, I have to keep some of the produce in the shed for a couple of days. I try to quickly roast/boil/prep as much as possible, but then I have the challenge of not being able to close the freezer door. 😅 I made a Brussels sprouts salad yesterday, too – well, at least, it started out as one YO dish, but then my eyes strayed from the recipe and I went off piste.

  6. This sounds like me 😂. I get all the lovely things including arm fulls of herbs. Somehow think I can get throughit in a week and am juggling everything 😂. Its just too exciting. It worked when I could walk to the market in my lunch as couldn’t Iver buy having to carry it but now once per month is about right. Make sure there are some good storers and top up in between. I reckon we have until March for Gratin. There is front again this morning. I could totally get along with thos for breakfast 😋

  7. Gorgeous presentation! I loved this dish and made it at Christmas as a side! Love my Saturday morning farmer’s market ritual! I know the feeling of wanting to just buy everything 😂😂😂. A little harder this time of year but my veggie drawers are full! Fortunately the eggs from the market don’t have to stay in the fridge!

  8. WOW! WOW! WOW! Impeccable job! I’ve made the classic summer Tian. I need a stiff water with bubbles and lime to be able to sit down and patiently stack everything- being a Gay Virgo it has to be perfect. When it does not happen that way, I say screw it, serving it anyway, most guests will not notice my sloppiness and it does not diminish the taste. But CAREFULLY using a mandolin and just sweet potatoes, it would be a wiz. Yours is spectacular, of course. And since I mentioned using a mandolin carefully- I consider it a deadly weapon. I was slicing potatoes and suddenly I felt a minor sting, then the blood everywhere, then my screams and a good chunk of middle finger was gone. Mad dash to the Emergency Room at the Hospital, Of course busy so wait with arm raised up, the stinging and throbbing was constant but bearable with my yoga breathing. Finally, put in a room, first nurse asks what happened? I said my Mandoline. She said You play the Mandoline? I laughed. Second nurse, my son plays the mandolin too, never knew you could possibly hurt yourself with it. Finally, the Dr. asked what happened and I said my Mandoline. He said he used to play the Mandoline, too. I’m laughing so hard in pain and I explained my lethal Mandoline. I’ll save the final details to sew together. Have a fantastic day my friend!

  9. I never made this gratin but it looks so good that I should change this asap 😍 I almost never go to the market but I buy most of my veg at the organic grocery (actually at two depending on if I work from home or in the office) and both have really good products – regional, seasonal and also not so common things like cavolo nero or golden beets 😍

  10. Online and supermarket shopping have dominated my shopping since Covid. Miss visiting the market. Maybe this week I’ll gather the courage 😁. Besides the gorgeous looks and presentation, the gratin looks warm, comforting and delicious. ❤️❤️

  11. Delicious! Our cultured gold might work really nicely in this recipe instead of the whipped cream. Thanks for the inspiration to try it out ourselves!

  12. It’s so tasty 😋 and looking good 🤩
Most time took arranging the slices in a nice round pattern so it would look like a flower.
I don’t know how you did it, but yours looks like you have thrown them in and accidentally got that flowery view 🌼

  13. That sounds and looks delicious. At first sight i thought..a carrot gratin! Never done that! Mt question is: does it really take that long? Sweet potatoes takes less time in my experience. I will certainly try that and yes, please do share the Brussels sprouts recipe! I always cut them in half and gently fry them with butter or ghee, cumin, ginger and salt and pepper, but I am sure there are much better ways. I totally agree, the sweetness and savoury together is perfect! Thanks for sharing

  14. Hurrah for markets and local produce! They make cooking and eating even more worthwhile 😍
