ottolenghi 및 sami_tamimi The Cookbook의 토마토, 딜, 케이퍼 샐러드를 곁들인 구운 콜리플라워. 데친 콜리플라워에 반대하는 사람이 있다면 이 사람들과 함께하세요 😅 사실 데친 콜리플라워가 그렇게 나쁘지는 않습니다. 이 방법을 사용하면 오븐을 켜지 않아도 됩니다. 따뜻한 작은 꽃이 약간 열리고 반으로 자른 체리 토마토, 시금치 잎, 다진 딜과 함께 나누는 맛있는 드레싱을 모두 흡수합니다. 드레싱은 다소 고전적인 것이지만 그레인드 머스터드를 사용하면 더 부드럽고 풍부하며 훨씬 더 맛있습니다. 겨자, 올리브 오일, 잘게 썬 케이퍼, 다진 마늘, 사이다 식초, 소금… 비결은 올리브 오일에 서서히 휘저어 채소를 감싸는 부드럽고 담백한 소스를 얻는 것입니다. 어쩔 수 없이 메이플 시럽을 듬뿍 뿌렸더니 더 맛있었어요(물론 개인취향 😜). 나는 드레싱에 다진 케이 퍼 외에 샐러드에 작은 케이 퍼 한 스푼을 더 넣었습니다. 야채 사이에 여기저기서 튀어 나오는 방식을 정말 좋아하기 때문입니다. 고전은 결코 질리지 않으며 오래되었지만 훌륭한 책에서 그것을 공유하게 되어 기쁩니다. 실내 온도는 괜찮지만, 이 샐러드는 익혀 까맣게 탄 작은 꽃의 잔열로 인해 여전히 따뜻할 때 신의 맛이 납니다. 모두 건강한 한 주 시작하시길 바랍니다♥️💚🧡 __________________________________

  1. A classic dressing but a brilliant salad nonetheless. After years of disliking anything that resembles boiled cauliflower I am open to blanching as with a little char is is always very good. I do need to visit this book . Forget about it as only have the e version. Very good salad to start a good week my friend 😍

That’s a fabulous dish of charred cauliflower Oksana 🔥 I love the dressing with chopped capers and the addition of maple syrup, which I also have become addicted to in my dressing’s but I blame Ixta for that 😅 as all her recipes have maple syrup and it ha stuck with me 😂 Happy Monday dear Oksana ❤️❤️❤️❤️🥰

  7. OMG. That is my constant stand by. Been making all the time for years and switching out cauliflower for other seasonal vegetables. Yesterday, I came across a medium sized head of organic cauliflower at $9.99 per pound! Insanity! I like roasting asparagus, fennel, broccoli & rabe, green beans, etc. I’m partial to my yearly bottled Chive Blossom Vinegar from my Farmacy…. That salad is this vegan yoga instructor’s favorite. Thanks for that sexy photo 😘

  10. Steamed and charred sounds just right!! This looks like a forest Oksana!! And I can see the tiny capers, like fruits fallen from the cauliflower trees! The dressing is classic for a reason!! Sounds delicious and even better if slightly warm!!❤️❤️😋😋😋😍😍😍

  14. What a fabulous looking dish Oksana ❤️❤️. Blanching the cauliflower is indeed a perfect way to get it started. As long as you char them after blanching you will get the perks of the charring offset the blanching. The extra capers is a great idea 🙌. I would do that too 😍
